All the girls immediately ask ... How much can I make?? The answer is ... anywhere from $35 - $1500 a week .. and a LOT of it will depend on you, your looks, your comfort level in front of a camera, and what you are willing/interested in doing. As webmasters we will NEVER tell you what to do ... What we will do is tell you all the possible options and what the advantages and drawbacks are ... Then YOU will have to decide what to do. Some girls get very involved with their sites and do very well .. Some just do the minimum required and do OK with their sites. A web site won't replace your dancer or regular job ... What it can do is integrate with your dancing ... Provide more income and exposure for both ... provide you other outlets for $ for the same work and provide you with a steady and growing base of income. One last word of warning before you read on ... The web business these days is much like the stock market ... People that get in and think they will be rich in 3-6 months are disappointed ... People that get into it as a long term investment and stay in it 3-4+ yrs do MUCH better. Look at this as a professional and run it well and it will do well for you.

The Basic Plan
Ok, here is the basics of what you and we make ... We split 50/50 the net sales from all memberships to your website. We split 75/25 all net sales for videos, panties, CD's, clothing and other hard objects.
You'll notice I said "Net Sales." That's because the credit card companies have charges for the processing. For memberships, the credit card processor charges 15% for the processing, and holds back 5% for any chargebacks (People that dispute the charges). In other words if we sell $100 in memberships, The credit card company takes $20, ($15 for processing and $5 for holdback) and you and I split the other $80 .. $40 for you, and $40 for me. In 6 months the credit card company gives us back the holdback of $5, which we also split 50/50. The credit card processor we use is CCBill. All your $ will come DIRECTLY from them ... We never see it or can touch it, so there is no way we can pull any 'funny business' with your $. We also set up each girl with their own private access to the CCBill Administration program for her site. That means you can get in 24/7 and write/remove passwords and check your sales for the day, week, month, etc etc. If you have QuickBooks, you can download a file weekly that spells out exactly where your money is going and the size of your check every week. You can also arrange to have your money sent Fed Ex or wire transfer direct to your bank (there are extra charges for those). This is where the vast majority of your income will come from.
We also do videos and panties and other hard objects (things that have to be shipped). For that the credit card company charges 3%, and we split the rest 25% for us and 75% for you. This is paid to you directly from us each week for the week before. You are responsible for shipping these items, and you get $5 for each item for US shipments, and $12.50 for each item for shipping out of the US. Because you do the shipping, you know what you are owed each week, so again there is no way we can cheat you. The truth of the matter is we do a lot better and make a lot more by making you happy and keeping you a long time. Cheating you would just screw ourselves over, and the point of this is to make $ and grow!
If for some reason you decide you must close the site, all your pics and video clips remain YOUR property ... The site design and traffic remain ours. In other words you can leave basically anytime (there are some rules about leaving) and you can take your pics and build your own site somewhere else. What you can't do is move the site we build to another host and use it.
What is required of YOU
This is the MINIMUM basic things you need to have and do. First off, you NEED a computer and a digital camera. If you are reading this letter you clearly have a computer. You can get digital cameras from $150 - $1500 .. Clearly the more you spend the better camera you will get. In general, most girls get by with a camera in the $200- $350 range. A great place to get a great deal is E-Bay ... cameras go cheap there, and we can tell you some bidding tricks to assure yourself you get what you're after.
Second, for us to build a site we need about 500 good pics of you. We find that with a digital camera we can do 500 pics in 6-12 hrs of work. It can vary quite a bit depending if you have to stop to download pics and change outfits. As you get more experienced, it will go faster.
Third, once the site is up you need to send us 300 pics each month so that we can update your site with a MINIMUM of 75 pics every week. What we do is make sure to arrange a shoot the last weekend of every month, and in 3 - 6 hrs we have all the pics we need for the entire month. We find that's the simple way for us to do it and we get it all done at one time.
Last, you have to send us your pics ... By E-mail or Snail Mail. E-mail is free .. Mailing a CD each month is about $3 for the mail and $2 for the CD. You're only other expense is batteries for your camera.
What is required of US
This is the basics of what we provide. First off we provide site hosting .. Basically the place where your website is stored on the web. We buy the domain name. We design the site (with lots of input from you), and build it with you checking things along the way. We set up the credit card service and your access to the administration program. We set up your scripted friends page (way you get traffic) and link you to a bunch of sites that will trade you traffic. We handle all technical problems with the site and all problems with memberships and the like. We update your site every Monday with new pics that you send. We submit your site to all the major search engines. We give you good advice on what is possible, and then let you decide what you want to do.
What we DO provide for you
Besides the basis above, we also do a lot of other things for you .. Here is a partial list and a little about each one. A BIG PILE of pics ... It's hard to compete with sites that have 20,000 pics when you first start out. We have purchased a lot of pics and have 25,000 of our personal pics so we can add thousands of pics to get you started and on your way.
We own about 30 free sites we use to drive traffic to our paysites. We will feature you on those free sites to help you with a boost of traffic.
We have many friends on the net that can help you by trading traffic, arranging shoots and public appearances, getting you invited to other webgirl parties, tell you about webgirl conventions where you can meet and shoot with other girls.
I write features for 2 online E-zines so we can get you featured in them.
We do websites for 2 local gentleman's clubs, so if you wanted to come to the area to shoot pics with me or any of the other local girls, we can also get you booked into a couple of clubs.
We have friends in the online video business to help you with producing your own videos, or pay you to shoot videos for them.
We can get you set up on the new "Pay Per View" video systems where people will pay by the minute to view your videos.
We have standing deal with one of the cam circles we belong to so that we can add the circle to any sites we're a part of. Even if you don't do your own cam shows, you will have a cam circle with lots of live shows by other girls in the circle, my personal live shows, and my tapes running anytime I am not live.
We'll fine tune and modify your site as we go along to make it work better for you. We intensely manage your friends page to maximize your traffic to your site and hopefully maximize your sales. We provide password protection software so people can't constantly be hacking your site!
Besides pics, we also put other content in your members area like a couple of amateur magazines, a video review series with videoclips, erotic stories, hundreds of fetish and hardcore clips, provided video streams, streamed hardcore movies, etc! And lots of other odds and ends!

This is a partial list of things you can do for more income and more exposure ... None of these are requirements ... Many of these help depending on the kind of site you build. Most of these things will require further details at a later time ...
